The analysis failed

Make sure the screenshots show a readable chat (bubbles, names), or that the imported file is a WhatsApp/Telegram export. Very short chats can't be read reliably.

Subscriptions & refunds

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Chats are analyzed once and never stored — see the Privacy Policy.
